Usage
ContactChipLayout.Inline is a single 32px chip. Stacked is 68px with a caption value.
Padding is --space-6 on three sides and --space-12 on the inline end (padding-inline-end) so label text looks balanced toward the trailing edge in LTR and toward the leading edge in RTL.
Pass onClick for a selectable chip. Use selected and disabled like ContactRow. Display-only tiles omit onClick.
Set fullSpan when the chip sits in a grid cell and should match the column width (same semantics as Button). Block size stays 32px inline or 68px stacked.
